In accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Platform acts as a neutral intermediary and is not responsible for third-party content.
The Platform shall not be liable for:
- Content, activities, or communications within Telegram groups
- Damages arising from the use of external links
- Service interruptions, errors, or security incidents
